GILBERT E. COLLYER, of Akron, Ohio, on June 20th, [1945] was wounded while riding in the jeep with Gerald Murphy. He suffered a broken arm and his cheekbone was fractured. He was removed to a base hospital, where he is making satisfactory progress. He hopes to be able to rejoin his section after convalescent leave.
